What a listing shoot includes
- Video. A 60 second highlight, a cinematic tour up to 2 minutes, or a longer luxury film with a vertical reel. Video packages
- Photos. HDR interior and exterior photos in every package, with blue-sky replacement and virtual twilight options. Photos and 3D
- 3D tours. Matterport tours with an MLS link, included in the 3D Matterport, Premiere and Luxury packages.
- Drone. Drone photos and video are included in the Highlight, Cinematic, Premiere and Luxury packages. On other bookings, drone photos (3 to 6 shots) are a $125 add-on.
- Floor plans. A 2D floor plan in most packages, or $50 on its own.

Travel is free up to a 30 minute drive from our Bellevue base. If the drive is longer than that one way, travel is $1 per mile for the whole round trip, and we tell you the figure before you book.
